Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 21, 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how CentraIQ, a platform operated by OXY ("CentraIQ," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit our website, use our chat widget, or submit a form requesting a demo or contacting us. It also describes the privacy rights available to California residents and residents of other U.S. states.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide. Your name, company, email address, phone number, and any message you send through a form, our chat widget, or a demo request.

Information collected automatically. When you submit a form or interact with our site, we may record technical information including your IP address, browser and device type (user-agent), the pages you visit, and your referring source. General location may be inferred from your IP address.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to respond to inquiries and demo requests, operate and improve our website and chat experience, understand how visitors use our site, protect against fraud and abuse, and communicate with you about CentraIQ. We do not use information collected on this marketing site to make decisions about any individual resident, patient, or employee of a senior living community.

4. Cookies, Analytics & Advertising Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for our site to function. We may also use analytics technologies (such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager) to understand site usage, and advertising technologies (such as the Google and Meta advertising pixels) to measure and improve our marketing. Where we deploy analytics or advertising technologies, they are disclosed here and subject to your consent choices.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, as described in the California section below.

5. How We Share Information

We share information with service providers who help us operate our website and business — such as hosting, database, email delivery, and analytics providers — who may only use it to perform services on our behalf under contract. Where we use advertising technologies, information about your device and activity may be shared with advertising partners; under California law this may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising, and you may opt out (see below). We do not sell your personal information for money.

6. Data Retention

We retain information collected through demo requests and the contact form for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations. Technical and analytics data is retained according to the retention settings of the applicable provider, and you may request deletion as described below.

7. Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, gives you the following rights regarding your personal information:

Right to know / access — the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties with whom we disclose or share it.
Right to delete — request deletion of personal information we collected from you.
Right to correct — request correction of inaccurate personal information.
Right to opt out of sale or sharing — direct us not to sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell personal information for money; where advertising technologies are used, you may opt out as described below.
Right to limit use of sensitive personal information — where applicable.
Right to non-discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

The categories of personal information we may collect are: identifiers (e.g., name, email, phone, IP address); commercial information (e.g., your inquiry or interest); internet or network activity (e.g., pages visited, referring source); and general geolocation inferred from IP address. We collect these from you directly and automatically through your use of our site.

8. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

To opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, you can: (1) enable the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in a supported browser, which we treat as a valid opt-out; or (2) email us at legal@centraiq.com with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share." We are deploying a cookie-consent preference tool that will let you manage these choices directly on our site.

9. Other U.S. State Privacy Rights

Residents of other U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws (such as Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and others) may have similar rights to access, correct, delete, and opt out of certain processing of their personal information. You may exercise these rights using the contact details below.

10. How to Exercise Your Rights

To exercise any of the rights described above, email legal@centraiq.com or use our contact form. We will verify your request as required by law and respond within the timeframe the applicable law provides. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, subject to verification.

11. Children’s Privacy

Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date below reflects the most recent version.
